"The german coleslaw is one of the healthiest side dishes out there. We love to serve it up with goulash, pork roasts and similar. The cabbage flavors are enhanced with aromatic caraway seeds and this is why this salad is so special. The coleslaw is prepared in such a way that the cabbage is still crunchy but infused with the simple and easy to prepare the dressing. So this salad is mainly enjoyed during fall because of the Oktoberfest celebrations in south Germany but you can make it all year round. It keeps well in the fridge too and the more the cabbage gets to infuse in the dressing the better it tastes! "
