This is such an interesting recipe! Normally, broccoli cheddar soup is so creamy and subtle in taste but I love the use of the heat in this soup! I agree that the almond milk adds the creaminess and also probably lightens the heat. I bet a paprika garlic bread would be amazing to dip in this soup!

This looks like a great soup. Mouthwatering and tasty. I like the way that there is potatoes in it. I love potatoes in a soup. There also seems to be a bit of a spicy, heat element to it which is always nice. I add in a spoon of curry powder to my butternut soup. I also like the fact that this soup is made with almond milk, that should give it a lovely creaminess.

This soup sounds really good! I often make either cauliflower or broccoli soup but I've never mixed them together in a soup! The creamy soup with bits of broccoli sounds really delicious, and the added heat from the sriracha sauce would be great! This would make a great weekend lunch or served with a salad and some nice crusty bread or rolls would be a quick and easy weeknight meal. Can't wait to try this one!
