This looks like a really good soup to enjoy for lunch. Its raining almost everyday now and this makes me cold and hungry.I love every single ingredient on this recipe.Am a little worried that my meatballs will fall apart though.

Made this recently after spending the day before making homemade chicken stock. Was really good! Only changes I made: I added a yellow squash with the zucchini; used a little seasoned salt in the soup; made my own Italian seasoning to use; and forgot the peas (oops). Also used a little less potato to cut more of the carbs. Husband and I really enjoyed it.

I was attracted to the "Hearty Meatball Soup" because I am familiar with the ingredients especially with the vegetables. I can't tell you how many happy memories this recipe brought me growing up watching my parents in our kitchen on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, NY, especially after watching the video. I look forward to making this soup and for family, friends and for me to enjoy it! Thanks so very much. Keep up the good work!
