"Potato Wedges Recipe | Deep Fried & Baked Potato Wedges with step by step photo/ instructions and video recipe. wedges are usually confused with potato fries which is generally thin and has a different shape. wedges have more curvy in shape and have very distinct corners or in other words, it can be termed as half moon shaped snack. as we can also make some batata vada from the rest of the potatoes and enjoy it."

  1. To make first take 5 potatoes and peel if possible use same size potatoes.

  2. now firmly chop each potato into 6 to 8 wedges

  3. then, start boiling potatoes for 3 – 4 minutes, while boiling does add some salt.

  4. after boiling let it drain the water completely and keep the potatoes aside.

  5. coat the wedges properly with 2 tbsp oil.

  6. in the further process, add 1/4 cup corn flour, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, mixed herbs.
