"This recipe includes the classic potato salad ingredients like onions, mayo and celery…but then I added in some asparagus, peas and of course smoked salmon. And then I used a bit of dill to bring all of the flavors together. This potato salad is delicious…trust me! So if you’re looking for a twist on a classic summer picnic food, give this Smoked Salmon Potato Salad a shot! (And if at all possible, try to find wild salmon…it’s worth the extra cost.)
