My favorite side dish to have with breakfast is hash browns

My favorite side dish to have with breakfast is Eggs Benedict

Breakfast is for sure my favorite meal of the day and my favorite side to have has got to be, corned beef hash to go along with my poached eggs. I just love how the yolk oozes into the hash to make it more rich and flavorful than it already is...and if that's not reason enough, the aroma of the carmelized corned beef hash has me going back for more every time.

I always like to have fruit on the side with breakfast. Sometimes I mix it in with plain yogurt.

buttered toast with strawberry jelly

Since breakfast is usually cereal, my favorite side would be fresh fruit. With eggs, I love onions mixed with shredded sweet potatoes, cooked tender and browned like hash.

I love to saut onions and add tomatoes

They sound so easy and yet so yummy. Can't wait for breakfast. I may to have to make breakfast for dinner!

Our favorite side dish is country gravy, which would be great with Spiralized Potatoes.

I love shredded potatoes with my breakfast... the spiralizer would be perfect for this. )
