Oven Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients
- 500 grams asparagus
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper

Preheat oven to 425F.

Coat the asparagus with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper.

Spread the asparagus onto a baking tray with baking sheet.

Season the asparagus with 1 ½ pinch of kosher salt and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until tender or crunchy depending on your preference.
