Don't let this Cheesy Hasselback Potato Gratin recipe scare you. It may seem a little labor intensive, but trust me, it is well written and easy to follow, and the end result are delicious potatoes you will be proud to serve your family and guests. The potatoes are cheesy, creamy and full of flavor. You make never make baked potatoes again.
