Impossible Taco Bake

Turn your kitchen into a fiesta in a flash with this Impossible Taco Bake! Made with ground beef and Bisquick, this homemade taco bake is impossibly easy. It'll be in heavy rotation on your dinner schedule once you try it!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 can (4-ounces) chopped green chilies
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 10-inch pie pan.
     
  2. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Add package of seasoning. Spread in plate and sprinkle with chilies.
     
  3. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.
     
  4. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese; bake about 10 minutes more.
     
  5. Cool 15 minutes. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, or whatever ingredients you like. Good without toppings too.
