Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 yolks, from hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chopped pickles
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt (if necessary) and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Crush egg yolks with a fork, add mayonnaise to combine, Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
