    Black Bean Relish

    Ingredients

    • 15 ounces can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
    • 4 ounces can or jar chopped green chilies
    • 2 Tbsp vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
