"These Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches are the next-level in grilled cheese goodness. We´re talking a crispy exterior, with beautifully melted cheese in the inside and all done using the simplest ingredients. To make these grilled cheese sandwiches, I used regular white sandwich bread. But you can also use whole wheat, rye bread or even gluten free. As for the cheese, I used havarti cheese and cheddar. But you can use any cheese you like. Just make sure it easily melts."
