I love chicken Caesar salad wraps, and I've often picked up the pre-made ones from our local Kroger. It's great to find a nice recipe so I can assemble these on my own. This version of Caesar dressing looks quite tasty and I think the Greek yogurt will give it a nice zing. I'd sprinkle some crumbled bacon along with the chicken during the assembly process.

This is such a great meal planning recipe to ensure you have a healthy lunch all week! I agree with the comments below that this is a great recipe and I love the use of the spinach wraps. My question is how does this healthy, light version of the Caesar dressing taste? Would you say it is comparable to a store-bought dressing in consistency too?

I love this idea and this scrumptious sounding chicken. Yes, the spinach wraps are awesome too! All round this is a fantastic recipe and a great time saver. I will definitely be making it again and again. I'm sure paired with the ice tea it would be a fantastic lunch.

I love the spinach wraps used in this quick and easy recipe - I use them for just about everything, since they are more flavorful and much easier to work with than your standard flour tortilla, since they are thinner. No warming required to soften them. This chicken salad is so much healthier than others that I have seen before, but still full of fresh flavor.
