It's hard to believe that making delicious, fluffy biscuits could be this simple, but these Easy Bake Biscuits prove that it is. These rolls bake up super flaky and light. This is probably the easiest biscuit recipe that you'll find, and it yields some of the most extraordinary biscuits around. Since this recipe is so quick to whip this up, you can make these any time of the day or year. Serve with jam for breakfast or with your favorite chicken dinner. There's no limit for how you can enjoy these homemade biscuits.

Notes


For drop biscuits, add 2 tablespoons more milk. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet.



For herb seasoned biscuits add 1 teaspoon garlic or 1 teaspoon onion powder (perfect with pasta), 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, or 1/2 teaspoon sage (perfect with chicken or beef).



 



 

Cooking MethodOven

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Mix flour and baking powder.

  3. Combine oil and milk; pour all at once into dry ingredients.

  4. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Knead 18-20 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thick.

  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet
