I can't believe how easy this looks and I can almost smell it now! I love chili but my husband doesn't like beans although I'm hoping he'll smell this and eat it anyway. I also have a daughter who is vegetarian and I feel I could make this for her with the meatless crumbles. I might have to throw those in at the end though because I think it could get pasty or soggy. I'm really excited to find all these IP recipes. I need to get busy in the kitchen now!
