You may be familiar with the two best known Vietnamese dishes – spring rolls and Pho, which are indeed the best representation of Vietnamese cuisine. Why not try this outstanding dish next? Grilled Pork Skewers! Spices, noodles, vegetables, and great herbs all play big roles in Vietnamese cuisine. Vietnamese cuisine is about balancing different flavors, spicy, sour, bitter, salty, and sweet. The most important part of this grilled pork skewers recipe is the marinade because it defines the flavor profile of these pork skewers — a sweet and salty harmonious combination of flavors. "

NotesWhen choosing the meat, a fatty piece of pork meat is ideal to prevent the skewers from drying out. The fatty piece of meat will also create a burst of flavor. The meat will melt upon being grilled, leaving a shiny finish that coats the entire skewers.
