It was the photo of this dish that grabbed me. I mean, does it not look absolutely lip smackingly luscious? Well the great news is that it tastes just as wonderfully delicious as it looks! And the fact that it all happens in just one pot is just a bonus. The only change we made was to cook it a little longer and slower to allow the flavors to develope and it was very very good!
