Easy Crab and Tomato Angel Hair Pasta
There are so many awesome pasta recipes out there and this is one of them; it's full of flavor with fresh tomatoes and plenty of garlic. You'll really enjoy Crab and Tomato Angel Hair Pasta, it pairs well with a tossed salad and chunky bread.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
- 8 ounces imitation crab
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups tomato, freshly chopped
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- fresh grated Parmesan, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter over medium heat and saute garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta according to directions and drain.
- Add mushrooms to tomato mixture, simmer 3 minutes. Add parsley and crab meat, simmer an additional 3 minutes.
- Toss with pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
