Baked Italian Tortellini
"These little morsels of deliciousness are perfect dunked in marinara. A great appetizer before your favorite Italian meal that everyone will fall in love with at first bite! Or even as your main dish.. served with a side salad and some toasty bread, because why not?! It's just THAT good! It's easy too. The whole family will love it. And dipping these little goodies in marinara makes eating the tortellini much more fun, wouldn't you say?"
- 4 cups three cheese tortellini
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
