Alfredo Sauce


  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese


(serves 4). While pasta is cooking, lightly beat eggs and add cream. Melt butter. Put pasta into warm bowl and add cream, butter, and half of parmesan. Toss to coat. While tossing, add the rest of the parmesan. Serve immediately.
