Bologna Soup

Bologna Soup


  • 1 ring bologna, chopped
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped


Cook bologna in water for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
