Ginger Orange/plum Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade or 1/3 cup plum jelly
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper(optional)

Instructions

Place chicken, cornish hens, in microwave and cook on high for 5 min. Place on grill and cook on one side. Flip and baste. Flip turn off one side of grill place meat on this side and baste. This ensures though cooking with out burning. Serve on bed of rice with your favorite chinese vegetables.
