Curried Glazed Chicken
This basic chicken curry recipe is perfect for someone who is just getting into cooking curry. With a sweet honey glaze to go along with the spice of the curry, this is an interesting meal of mixing flavors. It's made in the microwave, so it's fast and easy! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wash chicken breasts, remove skin if desired and pat dry.
- Open out breasts flat by breaking bone at thickest part.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together. Grease shallow baking dish with butter and coat chicken breasts with curry mixture.
- Cook in microwave oven on full power, uncovered, for 15 minutes turning chicken over frequently in glaze.
