Delmonico Steak Marinade
- 1 package Good Season's Italian Dressing mix
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup catsup
Marinade Steaks at least 1 hour. Best done in a 1 gallon ziplock bag so you can mush it around. Remove steaks from bag and throw directly onto the hot grill. Grill to desired doneness (rare to medium rare is best). Cold leftovers are really good too.
