Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 ozs.s cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 6 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixer bowl til well combined. Frost cake. This is enough for a 13 X 9 X 2 baking pan. Store in refrigerator.
