I love making my own whipped cream. There is such a difference once you try homemade whipped cream. It turns any dessert into something amazing. I put my bowl, beaters, and cream in the freezer a little bit before I whip it up. I also make sure to have this just before serving. That way it is fluffy and fresh for dessert. Definitely don't overmix this, you will end up with some very sweet butter like stuff if you do.

I love real whipped cream. It beats the stuffing out of non-dairy whipped topping that comes frozen at the store. Some people buy the whipped cream in a can, but it is just too easy not to whip up your own. It will whip up better if the whipping cream is super cold, as well as the bowl and beaters.

Isn't this how we've all whipped up our cream? This isn't anything new.
