    Black Chocolate Cake Frosting

    Ingredients

    • 1 egg white
    • 1 c sugar
    • 1/4 c brown sugar
    • 1/4 ts cream of tartar
    • 1/3 c water
    • pinch salt
    • 1 ts vanilla

    Instructions

    Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.
