We spent much of the summer camping with my husband's side of the family. It was kind of funny - every time someone would burn one of their hobo pies in the fire, my brother in law would call it Cajun Style! Jokes aside, these pork chops are great! I find that the thicker chops that have the bone in them really do have the best flavor and juiciness!
