Creamy Grape Salad
"I was thinking about the holiday coming up and wanted to make something light and refreshing to bring to our family gathering. This was perfect! After I mixed the ingredients together for the “dressing” that would be mixed with the grapes I decided to forego putting the brown sugar and pecans on top of the grape salad as the recipe called for. I put the pecans in with the grapes and the dressing. When you taste this you get the cool juicy grapes mixed with a slight cream cheese-y dressing and the crunch from the pecans. Enjoy!"
Ingredients
- 2 pounds red seedless grapes
- 2 pounds green seedless grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese. softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup crushed pecans
