"I just love what I can only describe as Fresh cooking like this. Not over cooked or swimming in sauce and all the natural flavors still in the food. Snap peas are alsongreat in a wok. We do not get toasted sesame marinade here in Africa so instead I toasted some sesame seeds and then sprinkled them over the finished dish. With a crunchy, delicious green salad fresh from the garden it was a very good meal indeed!"

"Ok so we made several changes. Firstly Greek Freak is not available in South Africa so we Googled it tried to improvise. Then we used a fresh crushed garlic clove and substituted some lemon juice for the vinegar (which I can not bear). We have no idea whether or not it tasted anything like the recipe is supposed to but it was extraordinarily good and we are definitely going to have it again. Lol!"

"We did not have any black beans or tofu but decided to make this anyway using all the other ingredients. I must admit that the corn is a surprising taste when combined with the avocado but I will need to have it again to decide whether or not I like it. The rest of the family had no problem in finishing off the dip so I guess they enjoyed it."

"We had these as a breakfast treat today. It was a very fresh and particularly yummy start to the day with the banana flavored pancakes topped with marscapone and then a sprinkling of blue berries fresh from the garden. Quick and easy to make too which is always an enormous plus with me. Lol!"
