Ingredients

  • 5 (1-1/2-pound) Raw Fish or Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Besan or CHickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ajwain
  • 3 tablespoons Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi or Fenugreek Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Biryani Masala
  • 1 pinch Amchur or Raw Mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instruction

  1. Firstly, Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients like chili powder, fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, biryani masala, amchur, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt.

  2. Marinate all the fish pieces with this mixture. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Now heat the oil in a pan. Add ajwain to it and let it to splutter.

  4. After that add all the pieces, saute them for 5 minutes on both the sides.

  5. Now coat all the fish pieces with chickepea flour or besan.

  6. Fry for 5-10 minutes till all the fish pieces are cooked.

  7. Transfer this dish into a serving plate and served hot.
