- 1 pound Grilling Shrimp
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Yellow Squash
- 1 cup Zucchini
- 1 cup Red Onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
