Cooking Vessel Sizelarge heavy bottomed skillet
- 1 1/4 pound Lobster
- 4 Large Egg Yolks
- 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 3 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Cook the lobster tails (you can follow our steamed lobster tail instructions) and cut into bite sized chunks.
Add egg yolks to a measuring cup. Add 2 tablespoons of the heavy cream to the egg yolks and whisk with a fork.
