In our home we love all seafood and, with summer arriving fast here in South Africa, we are looking for lighter summer meals like this deliciously spicy blackened salmon. I have never used cumin on fish before so that was a lovely new experience and the rest of the spices all hit the tastebuds exactly right. It is GOOOOOD and with a lovely crunchy fresh spring garden salad it was just perfect.
