I am on a mission to include some healthy options. I am finding that I love soup and this recipe sounds delicious. I have to locate the whole wheat berries because I know for sure that I will not find in our local store. Can not wait to make this soup.

Wow! I love that this combination of beans has directions to make three kinds of soup. I love beans and usually just prepare them the old-fashioned way, boiled with some seasoning. This is great. At a moments notice, I can get a pot on and enjoy some soup by the end of the day.
