White Lady Cocktail

This beautiful sour floats with citrus notes rounded out with refreshing egg white froth to balance the bite of gin, Cointreau, and lemon juice. "
Cooking Vessel Sizecocktail shaker, martini glasses
- 2 ounces Gin
- 3 ounces Cointreau
- 1 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Lemon Wedge
Add all ingredients except ice to the shaker. Close the shaker and hold securely in both hands. Dry shake the ingredients for 10-12 seconds.
