"Vermouth is a great drink to serve with appetizers. Salty things are especially good with vermouth. Try it with pickles, potato chips, olives and salty meats such as Prosciutto. This of this wine cocktail as part of your appetizer course. It would be amazing with these salty, fried oysters. You may want to serve this Polenta recipe next. Although this recipe calls out Pinot Grigio, feel free to swap out any unoaked white wine that you like. Look for white wine aged in concrete or stainless steel instead. "
