Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Gin
- 2 oz.s Cherry Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1/2 oz. Benadictine
- Bitters
- orange-pineapple juice
- lime juice
- cherry
- pineapple slice
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice. pour in gin and cherry brandy. fill to 3/4 with or ange-pineapple juice, add splash of bitters and lime juice, top off with cointre au and benadictine. Give it a quick stir, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
