I wasn't sure what the secret ingredient might be when I first came across this recipe, but upon discovering it was green tea, I thought it made perfect sense. Most green teas I've encountered have a very mild taste, so the fruit flavors should thoroughly dominate any taste of the tea. I'll definitely have to give this approach a try since we usually have some varieties of green tea around.

I think its so good for a change to use a different liquid in your smoothie. green tea is such amazing for weight loss and the berries have antioxidant properties which are good for your metabolism.
