I love adding frozen pineapple to my smoothies. It gives the smoothie a delicious, tangy taste.

I love smoothies. This one is fuss free which I am happy with. I would add in a raw egg for some added protein Maybe also some honey for sweetness but perhaps the banana is enough? I wonder how it would taste with some kale in place of baby spinach?

I am a big smoothie person because it really helps my clients (I'm a dietitian) get in their fruits and veggies for the day. However, I always caution people that you can overdo it with fruits and vegetables- EVERYTHING in moderation. So, don't put too much in your smoothies if you wouldn't sit down and actually eat all of that food at once!
