- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons water
- Optional: Vanilla extract, almond extract
Translucent Sugar Glaze Recipe
Sift powdered sugar into a medium mixing bowl.
Add water and whisk mixture together until smooth. If mixture is too thin, add a little more sugar. If it's too thick, add a little more water. The glaze should be thin enough to that it's transparent when drizzled on baked goods.
