Our Favorite Chocolate Eclair Cake

- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 packages instant or regular vanilla pudding
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (12-ounce) container Cool Whip
- Hershey's chocolate sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Boil 1 cup water plus 1 1/2 sticks margarine for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add flour. Mix well.
Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Spread batter into greased jelly roll pan and pat down. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool.
Prepare pudding according to directions on the box.
Add softened cream cheese. Spread on top of crust.
Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle top with chocolate.
