Mint Cookie Trifle

The mouthwatering combination of mint and chocolate reaches perfection with this Mint Cookie Trifle. Typically, a trifle is a layered dessert made from custard, fruit, sponge cake, jelly, and whipped cream. Unlike most trifle recipes, this quick and easy trifle does not use cake, only has four ingredients, and is ready in a matter of minutes. When serving the dessert, layer your ingredients in clear glasses, and serve chilled. Add an extra dollop of cool whip and a whole mint cookie for decoration, and then present the dessert to your guests.

How does a chocolate trifle get better? By adding mint to it. I love that this dessert only uses four ingredients. I can't believe how simple and easy this trifle is to make ahead of a party either. Now, I can spend more time with my guests when they come to my party instead of cooking dessert.
