Yum! Anything that combines chocolate, coconut, and almonds certainly piques my interest. One of my favorite candy bars is Almond Joy, and to see it turned into a (relatively) healthy smoothie is delightful. It looks like it almost might be too sweet with the suggested six dates, and I know I'll tinker with it to get the right amount of sweetness for me. I can easily see having this as an after-workout treat and I'm really glad you shared this with us.
