Southern Banana Pudding

"This delicious, Homemade Banana Pudding recipe is an old fashioned favorite you’ll love! I adore a good sweet treat and this Nilla Wafer Banana Pudding does the trick — it’s the ultimate Southern dessert! With only a handful of ingredients, it comes together in layers of creamy goodness. Classic Nilla Wafers, sweet vanilla pudding and fresh bananas make the perfect dessert. Extra good with whip cream on top before serving! This is a must have treat!"

Preparation Time10 min

Chilling Time5 min

Cooking Vessel Size8x8 casserole dish

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers (there is no substitute)
  • 3 bananas
  1. In a bowl, blend the sweetened condensed milk with the water and milk.

  2. Stir in the instant vanilla pudding mix and blend well.
