Celine Dion, the diva, great singer, wife and mother. I can imagine her living in Las Vegas with her late husband and son. I've seen her house in LV, it was beautiful. I can imagine these Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles sitting on top of her kitchen counter always ready to be served for any guest who will come by to visit. This would be an absolutely awesome thing to make for your wife or girlfriend for valentines day, or any day for that matter! Sometimes men don't really know what to do , so they buy the same old chocolates or flowers every year. This would really show that you are thinking of her, by making this fool proof recipe - just wash the dishes when you're done, so she doesn't see a mess!
