"Simple quick easy dessert of broiled pears stuffed with a sweetened ricotta mixture. It is low calorie, low fat, gluten free and vegetarian. It is pear season so why not enjoy this delectable Fall fruit and make it the star of the show. I made the pear into my cannoli wrapper and stuffed it with a scrumptious and creamy mixture of ricotta cheese, yogurt, cinnamon and chocolate chips. It is a simple dessert that is ready in minutes."
