This is such a versatile recipe! I love that you can get three meals out of it. The pizza looks scrumptious as do the sandwiches. I think topping it with provolone cheese, red onion, and roasted red peppers that have been breaded and fried would be so out of this world! Those toppings are from another recipe I have made with marinated lime chicken that is grilled. My family loves it.

I really like the flavor of honey lime chicken. It gives three ideas for using the cooked chicken breast. I think it would also be good served over rice. The rice will soak up any juices and taste so good. Trust me! Next time I make this, I will try using thighs instead and just eating the chicken as is instead of using to make something else.
