I have an old cookbook from the Rival Company that must have come with the new crockpots. It says the temp for low is "about 200 or just below boiling" and the temp for high is "approximately 300". Hope this helps as I use mine ALOT and really enjoy it.

with a slow cooker, what temperatures correspond to "low", "medium", and "high"? my cooker has only temperatures, now levels. thank you
