A lovely classic chicken dish with no fancy ingredients or flavors. It allows the wonderful chicken flavor to permeate the whole dish and I am so pleased that I used an organically raised chicken because that actual tastes like chicken! We paired ours with roasted fresh garden vegetables and the whole family loved the meal.

i have not made this EXACT recipe but growing up we always had this minus the celery and ive made it many times .... i think the celery is a nice addition and will add that next time i make this !! nothing better than chicken pieces with potatoes, onions, veggies, and seasonings you just can NOT go wrong :)
